LEIPHY terms of service (v1, draft)

  1. Who we are. LEIPHY is a Registration Agent. LEIPHY is not an LEI issuer. Your LEI is issued and maintained by RapidLEI (Ubisecure Oy), accredited by GLEIF.
  2. What you order. An LEI (new, renewal or transfer) for the company named in your order, for the subscription term you chose (1, 3 or 5 years).
  3. Authority. You confirm that you are authorised to act for the company and to order the LEI. We may ask for a letter of authority.
  4. Public data. The LEI and its reference data are published openly by GLEIF and cannot be deleted.
  5. Yearly data check. Each year of the paid term we renew the LEI after checking that your data is still correct.
  6. Price and refund. The price shown before you pay is the price charged. You can get a refund within 60 days.
  7. Issuer terms. You accept RapidLEI's terms on the company's behalf.
